The Dog Did It!

The Dog ate my damn phone! I don't mean chewed on it. I mean she done ate it all up. It is in pieces. It doesn't work. So, if you are trying to call my sorry ass, or are expecting a call from me. Sorry, I'm not here. Well, I'm here, but all my phone numbers and contacts? In that phone.

I hate technology. I used to know everyone's numbers by heart, now? I'm lucky if I remember my own.

Plus, now? When I do get a new phone, I'll have to buy all new ringtones. And! I lost all my cool pics of my kiddo, especially the one I just took of him fully masked up with an SCBA. Craptastic!

One of my dogs, has chewed up one of my phones so bad that it was useless. You couldn't see who you were callin' or who was callin' you. That same sumbitch "disassembled" a pager, and the other night I fell asleep on the couch with my phone on the coffee table, only to wake up the next mornin' and find that phone on the floor with "doggie dents in it..." Then that same sack shit ate a brand new bluetooth headset I had the phone... I feel you now... trust me I do.

Ack! I won't laugh because then some dire fate will befall my cell phone. Like you I have numbers on it that I don't have written elsewhere. My cell doesn't work at my house - but I will use the phonebook when I'm dialing from my house line. Oh yeah, and that's a really good reason why I don't buy ring tones too. *grin*

Our dog ate the damn TV remote, just like yours it was disassembled.

We did kick the dog and the TV went on though (just kidding).

So we went and bought a new one and the damn dog got a hold of that one, lucky all it got was doggie dents.

But the new remote doesn't get us into any of the menu's so we can't change any of our settings.

sorry to hear of the bad doggy deed. may I suggest purchasing a phone that you can backup your phone contacts by a hotsync to your pc. Treo's, blackberry's & other smaller models have that. &lso U can bak up all ur ring tones. just a sugestion.
