There is no sun, it is snowing, and Phil did not see his shadow (duh) and is prognosticating an early spring.

Poppy-cock! It will be in the negatives this weekend, where is this spring?

For some reason I can never remember the Ground Hog day thing. So, spring is supposed to be early now? Just as the biggest cold snap of the season is headed this way... sounds about right.
