Easter 2006

Being the overachiever that I am, I host a blow-out Easter Egg Hunt every year. It keeps getting bigger folks. My nephew thinks I must own a store because I give away so much stuff, and I have kids in the neighborhood who want to know how to get on the waiting list for next year! So, here is a sampling of those who came this year:

Notice all the eggs? Here is a money shot of the eggs!

Well, I filled 450 eggs for the little scrappers and no one even got me a chocolate bunny. Next year I want a freakin chocolate bunny!

I'll tell ya, I didn't get this fat ass from abstaining from chocolate bunnies! (Can you tell I'm in need of chocolate??? Can you?)

*I* got you a chocolate bunny. Other people said I was daft to get you a chocolate bunny, but I got it all the same, just to show 'em.

But it melted.

So, I got you a second one.

That melted.

So, I got you a third one.

That burned down, fell over, then melted.

But the fourth one... I ate it.

450 eggs? Impossible for me to even imagine! Ack!

Every year for the past 8 years, I've been the one who planned and coordinated a neighborhood easter egg hunt.

We didn't do it this year, I wasn't in the mood, the kids were at their dad's house, and so it didn't happen. It made me sad. I miss doing it, and it's a good time, even for the parents.

I'd like a chocolate bunny with marshmallow inside. Sicking sweet, gooey and disgusting. :)

Most of my bulbous posterior resulted from chilidogs, but I'm sure that last little bit above the thighs can be attributed to chocolate bunnies. And chocolate shakes... and chocolate bars...

What's with everyone wearing coats? Down here in Texas (a.k.a., Hades) we've already had our first 100-degree day.
