You Are Loved Day

So, the day is over. I hope you got something that showed you are loved.

My son said - "Mama, did you get me a card?" I responded that I had. We read it together and he looked at it thoughtfully and said - "That sure is a nice card Mama. You always get me the nice stuff." With that he smiled and hopped away as three-almost-four year olds are want to do.

My secret valentine got nothing from me, because I used up everything I got him. . .*smile*

The Hubby and I had Chinese take out. My reward for getting wind burn on my face and ears from braving the temps, snow and wind to get ballot signatures.

Yesterday was another bust for those. I'm not sure if I'll make the cut at the rate this is going. . . I just don't have the infrastructure that others do.

Ah well. I can only try.

Anyway, I hope you all had a happy you are loved day. Afterall, you are!

Hang in there - the signatures will come.

I'm keeping fingers and toes crossed, praying nightly.

You'll do it, I just know it!

Keep going, you can do it.....

This weather sucks for door to door. I'm hoping you do better at churches, large stores & gas stations

ACK! I hope you can get lots more from other places. I'm sorry you're having such problems gathering them.

Your son is adorable. *grin*

Rome was not built in a day. Like Richmond said. Hang in there, the signatures will come.

I'm hoping & praying 4u. Hoping warmer temps = more signatures.

I made a few angry calls to the weather bureau. They promised to give you some nicer days for signature collection.

Weathermen fear me! :-)
