No Swiping Swiper!

Ok, some and only some of you will get the titled reference . . . moving on! I stole this from Rich cause I can, and cause she wasn't looking!

---------------------------------

1. Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate? / Hot Chocolate, but with premium cocoa . . . mmmmm chocolate!

2. Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree? Wrapped, and everyone of them has a bow or trinket or something festive. Also, Santa is leaving behind his big velvet bag this year . . . cause it's purty . . .

3. Colored lights on tree/house or white? I like white lights on the house and multi-colored lights on the tree.

4. Do you hang mistletoe? Nope! My husband chews tobacco, so I don't want him kissing me with a yucky mouth . . . can't leave any temptations either.

5. When do you put up your decorations? ASAP after Thanksgiving

6. What is your favorite holiday dish? Ha! Eggrolls that I make from scratch at home.

7. Favorite Holiday memory as a child? Breakfast at our house with Grandma and Grandpa before we could open our gifts, then lunch and dinner at Grandma's to open those gifts.

8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? What??????? I have no idea what you are talking about. The big guy is real. I saw him at the Mall!

9. What does your stocking look like? Traditional red stocking with "mommy" written in glitter.

10. How do you decorate your Christmas Tree? With as many freakin snowmen as humanly possible. I love a full tree. The fuller, the better. I like to see an ornament on every branch, though not entirely possible. I have received some fabulous ornaments this year too! Rich's mom-Grandy- made me a beautiful jeweled ornament that I am totally in love with, I'll post pics later. THANK YOU GRANDY!. The centerpiece of the ornament is a dragonfly, my favorite insect - when I was little, my mom would catch them and tie thread to them and give them to us as "living dragon kites" . . . I love dragonflies. Then my dear friend Christina sent me this fabulous firefighter snowman - he is holding a cute little dalmation pup and everything! LOVE HIM!

11. Snow! Love it or Dread it? I actually love snow. That is until is sucks me off the road and into a tree like Saturday . . .Ack!

12. Can you ice skate? Yes - not well, and I'm not sure my body would appreciate it now!

13. Do you remember your favorite gift? My son, He was my personal gift from God.

14. What's the most important thing about the Holidays for you? Enjoying time with family and friends. Eat Drink and Make Merry!!

15. What is your favorite Holiday Dessert? My famous toffee crunch angel food cake.

16. What is your favorite holiday tradition? The "Merry Christmas" game we play.

17. What tops your tree? This year? A giant silver bow.

18. Which do you prefer giving or receiving? Giving is the best.

19. What is your favorite Christmas Song? White Christmas as sung by Bing Crosby.

20. Candy Canes? Love em!

You must say it THREE times in order for it not to get swiped. I think you made it under the limit of 3. ;-) Cool questions and answers.

Eggrolls for Christmas, you Asian folk are strange.

And my favorite memory from Christmas is the time that my sister split her chin open on the hardwood floor and we had to go to the hospital before opening presents. And I wound up getting chicken pox from a person at the hospital. That Christmas was awesome.

And then there was Christmas 1983 that I spent in jail, there was another good one.

The fun thing about ice skating when you haven't done it in a long time is that you find all sorts of muscles that you didn't know were there -- and you hurt them.
